I buy a lot of wild salmon and know to cook it for a short time. The middle cut of this fish is ok but just received 2 packs of tail fillets and there is so much dark rubbery fish it is such a shame as really it’s not really pleasant to eat. Unfortunately we can’t choose what we get.
