Decent but lacks a kick
Not a bad stir-fry sauce and better than all the fresh ones, but it does lack the heat I'd expect from a good black bean sauce.

Tasty
Was very nice and if you do it with the stir fry meal deal good value

Odd flavour
Not keen, tasted very strange.

works for me
I have bought this sauce repeatedly and its a good addition to a stir fry. I do add other ingredients such as soy sauce, mirin, Chinese five spice etc.

Very salty
I don't think I have ever had such a salty sauce, even watered down with equal quantities of water and rice wine in the final stir fry dish. I gave up halfway this as I really wasn't enjoying. I also had a few very thirsty wake ups through the night, so really do not recommend.
