Stir-fried Noodles with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 serving of Lee Kum Kee Egg Noodles
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
Method:
Simmer the noodles for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water. Stir-fry 80 g chopped carrots and pak choi, then add the noodles and sauces, and stir-fry for another minute.
