I had not tasted this before. Its definitely very flavoursome, a little sweet, but it reminds me of raisins! Like a raisin wine I will try in different ways, adding other stuff to it, but not sure Ill re-purchase. Maybe its supposed to taste like thatand some people might like it!
I love this vinegar. Just add a bit of chilli oil and you make the perfect sauce for dumplings
