Sweet & Sour Pork
Preparation : 10 minutes

Simple
Just Add:
150 g pork filet (cut into bite sized pieces), 1/2 small red and green bell pepper (diced), 2 sliced of canned pineapple (drained and cut into pieces)
4 tbsp Self-raising flour
1 Pack of sweet & sour stir-fry sauce
250 ml Cooking oil for deep-fry
1 tbsp Cooking oil for stir-fry
Marinade: 1/2 tsp Salt and 1 tbsp of beaten egg
Easy
1 Mix pork with marinade and set aside.
2 Coat the pork with self-raising flour then deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked. Remove and drain.
3 Heat a wok to medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil sauté peppers and pineapple for 2 mins. Add pork and sauce, mix to coat well.
Serve hot.
