lovely soy sauce
It is lovely to use this soy sauce for making Asian dishes. I have bought it in Asian supermarkets before. I am happy it is available here.
Absolute staple.
I cannot recommend this enough. I use it in Asian and European cooking. It absolutely takes the edge off the tartness and acidity in tomato dishes- I use it both in Ragù and tomato curry! Its very versatile. Staple in fried rice. Honestly 10/10.
Always a staple
Ever since I tried this once instead of normal soy it's now a staple in my cupboard to supplement light soy sauce. Lovely rich and sweet flavour, great for stir fries and making dipping sauces.

Have to say I love Lee Kum Kee, amazing products and loads of flavour, this soya is no exception!!
Sweet soy sauce
Very complimentary to noodles and dim sum dishes
Not for me
I'm a big fan of soy sauce and use it to flavour all kinds of dishes as a kind of all in one flavour enhancer instead of table salt, ketchup, etc. I found this one not very versatile, its too sweet and not strong enough flavour for most dishes. It is nice and thick so that combined with the low saltiness and subtle flavour probably lends itself more to dipping I guess than cooking but it lacked versatility for me and I'll be returning to me normal brand.
