Dampen with water. Place in a pre-heated medium grill.
Turn halfway through cooking.; Microwave - From Ambient. 1 minute
(Category E- 850w) Dampen both sides lightly with water.
Turn halfway after 30 seconds.; Oven cook - From Ambient. 1-2 minutes
Dampen with water. Place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C/ 350°F.
Turn halfway through cooking.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place. Once open consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly and heat as per instructions. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
