Storage
Preparation and Usage
How to take: For oral use. The capsules should be swallowed whole with water. Do not chew.
How much to take: Adults, the elderly and children aged 16 years and over: Take two red and yellow capsules every 4-6 hours during the day to a maximum of 3 doses when necessary. Do not take more than 6 red and yellow capsules in any 24 hours. Take two blue and red capsules at night if needed. Do not take more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in any 24 hours.

Safety Warning:
Do not give to children under 16 years of age. Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you not get better talk to a doctor.
Warnings
CONTAINS PARACETAMOL. Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Talk to a doctor at once if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well.
Consult your pharmacist or doctor before taking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not take if: allergic to any ingredient, if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, or you are taking or have taken MAOI's (antidepressants) within 14 days, if you are taking other sympathomimetic decongestants.

Ive found these very helpful
I dont know why so many people have been less than complimentary about these. I buy them because my pharmacist told me they are the only cold remedy I can take with my blood pressure tablets. I took one of the night tablets last night and it definitely helped me to sleep. I have taken the day time capsules and they have definitely helped. Just remember that if you have a cold nothing is going to instantly make it go away, but these capsules have made my cold bearable

12 day tablets and only 4 night time ones. So now I'll have to go out for more night time medication. What a pain.
Not for under 16s.
The description says 12 years and over but the packet says not for children under the age of 16. Luckily I checked the packet before I gave them to my son. He had to wait til the next day for me to buy him something else for his cold. Dangerously misleading.
works okay but bad packaging
The night capsules didn't work for me, and the packaging is really bad - you can't pop out a capsule without squashing the capsule inside, you have to cut it out which is very inconvenient. But the day capsules are pretty good!
