Les Dauphins IGP White. With its gleaming pale colour, this aromatic white reveals generous notes of yellow fruit (peach) lifted by hints of white flowers. An elegant wine that is beautifully fresh and silky with an agreeable touch of suavity. . The grapes are grown in carefully selected plots and picked at dawn in order to preserve pale colour, crunchy aromas and freshness. Aged for four months to increase drinking pleasure and offer smooth mellowness.

Interesting taste.

Excellent white wine, lovely fruity flavour with a hint of sharpness. Best chilled and sitting on the patio in the evening sun. Second glass definitely better than the first!

This was a really nice white wine. Went perfect with a fish meal and really nice and crisp.
