Giving a beautiful clear, pale and shiny pink colour with reflections of salmon red, this Merlot Rosé produces a very bouquet of red fruit with a few plant notes that are typical of this grape variety.

Vinification details
The grapes are harvested when fully ripe. Maceration at low temperature, pressing and filtration. Fermentation at very low temperature (15-18°C). The wine is aged in stainless steel vats in an inert atmosphere at low temperature.
