Store in a cool, dry place.

To Microwave: These reheat instructions are guidelines only, as all microwaves vary.
Place film sealed pudding into a microwave and heat on full power for 3 minutes (800w).
To Steam or Boil: Place film sealed pudding into a steamer or saucepan filled to two thirds with boiling water. Steam for 1.5 hours.
Serving – Once cooked, remove film lid and silicon disc. Invert basin onto plate and allow to stand for 1 minutes before turning out.
Once opened, reseal with cling film, store in a cool dry place and eat within 7 days

My Lilly Puds® Tale
I love to cook and nothing gives me more pleasure than preparing meals for loved ones to enjoy. My Christmas pudding recipe had been enjoyed for many a year by friends and family and in 2015 I had the opportunity to bring Lilly Puds to market from our home in East Anglia.
My foodie dream had been realised... to my delight, my recipe was a resounding success and it's even been possible to convert the not so keen!
I also wanted the Lilly Puds styling to symbolise the festive season - a time for the giving and receiving of presents. So, a Lilly Pud is wrapped to make an ideal foodie gift.
So, say goodbye to a dark, heavy Christmas pudding and say hello to a scrumptiously light and fruity Lilly Pud! With no mixed peel, over 50% fruit, less added sugar and floor, my naturally sweet Christmas pudding is a festive delight. This pudding is not only gluten free, it is also suitable for vegetarians and contains no milk ingredients.
