Keep Frozen

Oven cook - From Frozen. For best results cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging, but leave roast in a foil tray. Ensure food is piping hot prior to serving. All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only. Not suitable for air frying.
200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6, 1 hour (55 minutes fan)
Cook in foil tray on a preheated shelf. After cooking leave to stand for 5 minutes, before running a knife around the edge of the roast and turning out onto serving plate.
