Tastes good and can definitely feel benefits
I have this every morning with cereal and nut milk, it tastes good and definitely helps me with stomach issues and regularity! And great to top up vitamin D too. To me this tastes a little bit like Weetabix when its soft in milk. Thank you for stocking this item Ocado.
Nice flavour
I mix this in with my porridge and the flavour is pleasant and nutty
lovely
Really lovely and definitely feel the benefits from them
Unpleasant
I’ve been buying Linwoods flaxseed for years without issue but the last two batches have been inedible. Always smell before use they should smell pleasant and slightly nutty. Mine were sour bordering on rancid. Hopefully just a bad batch and not an indication of failing standards.
I was surprised!
Was advised to try this to boost immune system and help with perimenopause . To early to tell if its helped with that but I was very worried it would be a waste of money because I would find it inedible. I couldnt have been more wrong its actually pretty lovely and goes very well on porridge, sprinkled on bran flakes, yoghurt and blended into a smoothie. So I will happily finish this bag and hopefully I will see some health benefits too
