What is sprouting?
Sprouting (germinating) activates dormant seeds, utilising their stored energy. It is an age old practice used by our ancestors to bring seeds to life, releasing their vital nutrients. Linwoods' sprouting process helps to breakdown complex food molecules contained in all grains, nuts, seeds and legumes. Sprouted seeds are more easily absorbed, improving their digestibility and rendering them more nutritious. After the seeds have sprouted, we slowly dry and cold mill them for optimal nutrition. You can now enjoy all the amazing benefits of Linwoods milled organic sprouted flaxseed which is nutritionally dense supporting a balanced diet and active lifestyle.
