Use twice daily after brushing or when directed by your dental healthcare professional. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water then pour 20 ml (4 x 5 ml teaspoonfuls) into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.

If you are suffering from a gum condition, and are not sure whether it is gingivitis, then do not use this product and seek medical advice. This product can also be used for prevention of gingivitis where no symptoms exist. If your condition worsens or persists discontinue use and seek medical attention.
