Our gelato ice cream is churned to ensure that there is less air, making for a more intense flavour in every bite. We pride ourselves on our carefully selected ingredients, sourcing the finest produce from around the world to give you the best flavours possible. Made in small batches, we put love and care into each individual mochi. The higher density of our gelato ice cream means it’s not as soft straight out the freezer. Give it just 5 minutes and you’ll be rewarded with the perfect frozen snack… we promise they’re worth the wait!
