I was really looking forward to these kippers . Perhaps I should have realised that they would be in a vacuum pack ! That's a big problem with smoked, skin on fish . For anyone who has experienced a fabulous kipper, with crispy skin and succulent flesh ....in the past , don't bother ordering this product. Please.
