Responsibly farmed in the cool, clear waters of Scotland's West Coast and smoked in our own Smokehouse, Loch Fyne smoked salmon is renowned for its quality and depth of flavour.
We dry cure our fresh salmon fillets with sea salt and sugar, then gently smoke over oak shavings from retired whisky casks and dress with beetroot for a subtly sweet flavour with earthy undertones and a deep red velvety colour.

Expensive but exquisite
Wouldnt pay full price for this but it is excellent and I would buy on special. Subtle sweetness from sugar and beetroot and a real rich smokiness. Lovely texture too. Tastes maybe a little salty although it actually has less salt than some.
The best smoked salmon I have ever tasted. Very smokey, which I love. My 1st time buying this and will defo buy again.
only just worth it on offer
Slices were impossible to separate so ended up tearing it up. Couldnt taste the beetroot much which seemed to be more for colour than taste. Small amount given it was 40% off. Wouldnt recommend at full price
Had nicer smoked salmon and this is very expensive couldnt taste any beetroot at all got it in the flash sale but definitely wouldnt pay full price for it, not worth it
Bought this on offer, couldnt really taste beetroot, that said, it had a lovely texture, quite dry as some can be slimy, & tasted delicious. Will definitely buy again
Had in a flash sale .I cannot afford this but couldn’t take a star off as it’s just incredible.We could definitely taste that subtle beetroot taste and the salmon was sheer perfection x For a special brunch you could impress ,I had with Philly in a rainbow cohens bagel xxx
