Product Information
Dry cured Scottish salmon, cold smoked for longer for a fuller, richer flavour in the traditional highland style
Responsibly farmed in the cool, clear waters of Scotland's West Coast and smoked in our own Smokehouse, Loch Fyne smoked salmon is renowned for its quality and depth of flavour.
Bradan Orach - Golden Salmon in Gaelic - is smoked salmon prepared in the traditional Highland manner. We take fresh Scottish salmon fillets and cold smoke them for around 24 hours at ambient temperature. The result is a fuller-flavoured smoked salmon with a moist, smooth texture.
