We dry cure our fresh salmon fillets with brown sugar and sea salt, then gently smoke over oak shavings from retired whisky casks. The result is a delicate yet richly flavoured salmon.

Preparation and Usage
Serving Notes This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack ten minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Classic Smoked Salmon: delicate and subtly smoky, with hints of sweetness. The faintest tang of oak, and a satisfying fullness of flavour in the mouth. Simply delicious with brown bread, butter and lemon wedges, scrambled eggs and asparagus or pasta and cream.
This salmon fillet is best served cut into medallions to appreciate its delicate taste and smooth texture. Bring to room temperature before serving and season to tastewith black pepper and fresh lemon juice.

This was the nicest smoked salmon I have purchased. Large pack with lovely long slices ,easy to separate, not too thin and really delicious. I served this on toasted ciabatta with creme fraiche (mixed with horse radish and lemon juice). A lovely treat!
