Once opened, reseal with a stopper and enjoy within 5 days, though longevity may vary.

For longer storage, we recommend keeping bottles horizontally in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight or artificial light.

If the wine is past its best for drinking, freeze in an ice cube tray to create handy wine cubes for cooking.

Glass Bottle and Cork

Our wines are bottled in recyclable glass with a natural cork and paper label. Please recycle the glass bottle with your household recycling. Corks can be composted.

Honey Wine & Cheese Pairings
Honey has always been a natural companion to cheese, so it follows that English Honey Wine belongs on the cheeseboard too. Its delicate sweetness mirrors the sweet accompaniments you might spoon alongside cheese, while the wine’s gentle acidity cuts through richness and refreshes the palate. Creamy cheeses such as brie and camembert find balance in that freshness, while the tang of goat’s cheese is softened by the honeyed notes. Even stronger cheeses, like stilton, are lifted by the wine’s lighter character and offer the same sweet-savoury harmony as port, but with a fresher, more elegant touch thanks to its lower alcohol and clean finish.
