Preparation and Usage
Luigi Ugo focaccia is wonderfully versatile. Serve it alongside Luigi Ugo pasta or keep things simple by dipping it into olive oil and sea salt. Alternatively enjoy as the centrepiece of an antipasti spread, paired with olives and cured meats. For an elevated twist, use as a base for a sandwich filled with mozzarella, roasted vegetables or chicken pesto.
