Preparation and Usage
Luigi Ugo Trofie is crafted to bring restaurant quality and flavour effortlessly into your kitchen. It's best served with fresh, aromatic sauces that cling to each delicate twist of the pasta. A regional classic would be to serve the trofie with pesto Genovese, green beans and potatoes. It also pairs beautifully with creamy lemon and herb sauces, and is excellent for lighter baked or gratin style dishes.
