Luigi Ugo Lobster & Champagne Ravioli can be enjoyed with a simple drizzle of melted lemon infused butter. To elevate the dish, add a spoonful of gently sautéed samphire and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a touch of cracked black pepper. Simplicity allows the subtle flavours to shine.

Hob - From Frozen. 4 Mins, Serves 2
1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
2. Add your pasta. No need to pull the parcels apart, they will separate during cooking.
3. Boil gently for 4 minutes (5 minutes).
4. Drain and serve in warmed bowls with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, melted butter or your favourite sauce.
