Preparation and Usage

Luigi Ugo Porcini Mushroom Ravioli is best enjoyed with a warm drizzle of melted sage butter, which adds a fragrant and buttery richness to the dish.
For an extra layer of depth, add a spoonful of sauteed mushrooms and for a final elevation a few crispy sage leaves to create a subtle spice.

Cooking guidelines

Hob - From Frozen. 4 Mins, Serves 2
1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
2. Add your pasta. No need to pull the parcels apart, they will separate during cooking.
3. Boil gently for 4 minutes (5 minutes).
4. Drain and serve in warmed bowls with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, melted butter or your favourite sauce.
