Luigi Ugo Tuscan Sausage Sauce is crafted to bring restaurant quality and flavour effortlessly into your kitchen. It's wonderfully versatile tossed through al dente pasta, especially penne, rigatoni or orecchiette and finished with Parmigiano Reggiano.

Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 4-5 Mins - Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stir occasionally until piping hot. Do not allow to boil.; Microwave - From Chilled. (800W) 4 Mins - Remove lid from pot, stir the sauce and then place back on top. Place pot on a microwaveable plate and heat, stirring halfway through heating time. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating and stir thoroughly before serving.
Take care when removing the pot from the microwave as the packaging may have softened during heating.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
Once opened consume within 2 days.
