Preparation and Usage
| MICROWAVE 3-4 Mins: COOK FROM FROZEN Remove lid and cook on full power: 900W 2 mins > stir > 2 mins > stir > repeat as required. Appliances may vary. HOB 4-5 Mins: Defrost in the fridge for a min 4 hours or overnight. Heat on medium whilst stirring Allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving. Once heated, do not reheat. Serving suggestion: 1 pot is a nutritionally complete meal for 1-3yrs, serve with sides for bigger appetites. |
