Soft goat's cheese and caramelised onion mini vol au vents
You will need
12 Mini all butter vol au vents
2 Tbsp M&S caramelised red onion chutney
75g M&S English soft goat's cheese
2 Tbsp M&S honey
2 Sprigs of fresh thyme
25g Walnuts
Serves 12
Method
1. Add the M&S onion chutney inside the vol au vents cavities.
2. Cut the M&S soft goats cheese into small pieces and place over the M&S onion chutney.
3. Drizzle the honey onto the M&S soft goats cheese.
4. Remove the thyme leaves from the sprigs, chop the walnuts and Sprinkle onto the vol au vents
5. Place the vol au vents onto an oven tray then bake 5 minutes in a Preheated oven at 190℃/Fan 170℃/Gas 5.
