For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product has been frozen and returned to chilled temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6-8 mins
Needs Cooking. Remove all packaging.
Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Turn once during cooking.
Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
