- Remove all packaging.
- Preheat oven and preheat pan on high heat.
- Oil and season the meat.
- Place in pan sealing all edges until golden in colour.
- Transfer to a casserole dish and cover the meat with sauce or stock.
- Add vegetables and seasoning as desired.
- Cover and place in the oven
