Cooking guidelines

Air Fry - From Chilled. 200°C
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side
- Drain juices, set aside for later use
- Separate duck legs and transfer to the air fryer basket with skin facing upwards
- Program to cook for 22 mins; Cooking Instructions - General. For best results, use the air fryer
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 1-2 mins
- Empty contents of sauce sachet with 2 tbsp of retained juices into a saucepan, heat until bubbling
- Pour sauce around duck legs to serve
Ensure duck is piping hot throughout before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 240°C, Fan 220°C, Gas 9, 25 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side
- Drain juices, set aside for later use
- Separate duck legs and place skin facing upwards on a grill rack over a baking tray
