Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking
For best results, defrost and fry.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 47 mins
Loosely wrap the halibut skin side down in a lightly oiled foil. Place on baking tray.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 21 mins
Heat 15ml of oil in pan over a medium-low heat.
Place fish skin side down into the pan, turning three times during cooking.
