M&S 2 Hoisin Glazed Trout Fillets with Fresh Coriander 255g

1 put the trout on a baking tray and cook skin side down in the oven for 13 minutes.
2 spread over the hoisin sauce, cook for another 4 minutes then serve.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place trout on a baking tray, skin side down. Cook in the centre of the oven for 13 mins. Remove from oven and spread hoisin sauce evenly over the trout. Cook for a further 4 mins.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 17 mins
Do not reheat.

Storage:
For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw fish/sauce, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw fish. Always cover raw fish and store at the bottom of the fridge.
