Wild Keta salmon is packed with lean, high-quality protein and is naturally rich in essential Omega-3 fatty acids.


The cold, clean waters of Alaska support great stock of Pacific Keta salmon, with a pure, wild taste like no other.


Wild keta salmon is distinct from both Atlantic farmed salmon and other wild salmon species like sockeye. Naturally pale pink in colour, Keta salmon has a milder flavour and is leaner & less oily compared to other wild or farmed salmon species, resulting in a more delicate texture so please take care not to overcook it. Pan-fry for 10-12 minutes. Two fillets per pack.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature.
Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

This product has been specially vacuum sealed to ensure freshness and eating quality. When the pack is opened you may notice the colour brightening and a faint aroma naturally associated with this technology will quickly disappear.

Needs cooking
Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place skin side down and turn once during cooking.
Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
