Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking.
Handling Raw Meat Safely: This product contains aw meat and must be cooked according to the Cooking instructions.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 8-12 mins
Medium 8-10 mins
Well done 10-12 mins
Oil and season product and place under a preheated medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking Rest for 5 mins before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6-9 mins
Medium 6-7 mins
Well done 8-9 mins
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat and season product. Fry for 2 mins, turn over, reduce heat to medium and turn occasionally until cooked.
