Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°c Fan 170°c Gas 5, 17 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap product loosely in foil Place on a baking tray.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10-12 mins
Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place skin side down and turn once during cooking.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature.
Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
