Air Fry - From Chilled. 12 mins 200°C
- Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 3.8L.
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove product from the packaging.
- Season and place skin side up in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Program the air fryer to cook for 12 mins.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.

Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7
- Preheat oven.
- Remove product from the packaging.
- Pat dry.
- Season and place skin side up on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Cook for 10 mins.
- Remove from oven.
- Gently peel skin from tail to remove (optional).
- Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8 mins
- Remove product from the packaging.
- Pat dry.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high to medium heat.
- Season and place skin side down and cook for 5 mins.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Turn and cook for a further 3 mins.
- Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature.
Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
Defrost thoroughly before use. You may notice some natural variation in the colour of the mackerel; this doesn't affect its eating quality.
