Flaky sea bream fillets with a rich and sweet flavour and a small flaking texture. Defrosted for convenience. High in protein and Omega-3. Season and pan-fry for five to six minutes. Two per pack.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product may have been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

This product has been specially vacuum sealed to ensure freshness. When the pack is opened you may notice a faint odour, naturally associated with this technology. Any odour will quickly disappear after a few minutes. Sea Bream can naturally have small thread like veins present within the flesh of the fillet.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pan Fry 5-6 mins
Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil. in a frying pan over a medium heat. Please skin side down and turn once during cooking.
Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
