Cook until the surface turns lacquered and lightly charred at the edges, then spoon over any remaining sauce for extra punch. Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Air Fry - From Chilled. Air fry 12 mins 200°C
- Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 4.2L
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove label and film and place glaze sachet to one side
- Place foil tray in the air fryer basket
- Program the air fryer to cook for 8 mins
- Pour glaze over fillets and cook for a further 4 mins
- Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving

Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 15 mins
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7
- Preheat oven
- Fully remove label and film
- Remove glaze sachet from tray and place to one side
- Place foil tray on a baking tray, in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 10 mins
- Remove from oven and evenly pour glaze over salmon
- Return to oven for a further 5 mins
- Remove from oven and allow to stand for 1 min before serving
