Fine dark lines are occasionally visible in the sea bass fillets. These are naturally occurring and do not affect the quality of the fish.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product may have been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

This product has been specially vacuum sealed to ensure freshness and eating quality. When the pack is opened you may notice the colour brightening and a faint aroma naturally associated with this technology will quickly disappear.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 5-6 mins 200°C
- Preheat air fryer.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Rub skin with 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil.
- Place the fish in the basket skin side up, spread evenly in a single layer, and place in the air fryer. Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Cook for 5-6 mins.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Remove product from packaging.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins 30 secs
- Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fish in the pan skin side down.
- Cook for 6 mins on a medium heat, turn and cook for a further 30 secs.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins
