For a perfect meal just add
steamed rice + Naan Bread + Fresh Coriander

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 7, 1 hour
Needs cooking
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set sachets to one side. Place lamb shanks into foil tray provided.
Cover with foil and cook for 50 mins. Remove foil.
Drain juices into a jug. Massage sauce sachet and pour contents over lamb shanks alongside 7 tbsp of drained juices. Return to oven for 10 mins. After cooking, leave to stand for 5 mins. Sprinkle over crispy fried onions to serve.
Do not reheat.

Defrost thoroughly before use.
