Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven and a lightly oiled baking tray. Remove sachet and place to the side until required. Remove discs from the base of each fishcake. For best results, fry - oven cook.; Multiple - From Chilled. Fry and Oven 16 mins

Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Fry over a medium heat. 4 mins turn once.
Oven
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7
Then place on a preheated baking tray and bake in the oven for 12 mins.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 22 mins
Remove all packaging. Place onto preheated baking tray. Turn halfway through cooking time. Drizzle fishcakes with dressing. Do not reheat.
