Remove all packaging.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat. Turning occasionally.

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0℃ to +5℃. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months.
