Oven
22-25 mins
Electric 180˚C / Fan 160˚C / Gas 4
• Preheat oven.
• Remove all packaging.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Loosely wrap in individual oiled, foil parcels. Place the parcels on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
• After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins.


Careful when opening as parcel will be hot. Some skin may stick to the foil, this is normal. Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook.


Do not reheat.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4, 22-25 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove product from packaging and season with salt and pepper
- Loosely wrap in individual oiled, foil parcels
- Place the parcels on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 22-25 mins
- Allow to stand for 2 mins

Storage:
Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.

Safety Warning:
Contains bones. This product contains raw fish and must be cooked. Fine dark lines are occasionally visible in the sea bass fillets. These are naturally occurring and do not affect the quality of the fish.
