Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 Mins
Needs cooking
Preheat oven and baking tray. remove all packaging and loosely wrap loins in a lightly oiled foil with a knob of butter and season to taste. Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 mins.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Cooking instructions are for two fillets, more than two fillets may require longer cooking time.
Do not reheat.
