For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

There may be a slight aroma on opening, which will not affect the quality or flavour of this product.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Rare 2-3 mins
Medium 3-6 mins
- Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking
- Preheat a dry pan on high
- Lightly oil, season steak and place into dry pan
- Turn halfway through cooking
- Rest for 5 mins before serving
Do not reheat.
