Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.
Take care when removing this product from the microwave as it, and the escaping steam, will be hot. Check that product is hot before serving. Two or more potatoes will require longer cooking time.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 7 mins, 30 secs
900W 6 mins
(per potato) microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only. Pierce several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on high (100%).; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 1 hour-1 hour 30 mins
Preheat oven. Pierce several times.
Place directly on the oven shelf.
Cook until tender.

Wedges
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-35 mins
Preheat oven. Cut potatoes in half lengthways, and then in half lengthways again. Repeat until you have 8 wedges per potato. Place wedges in a bowl with 1 tsp olive oil per potato. Stir until coated. Place on a baking tray. Bake uncovered. Turn occasionally until golden and tender.
