Four slices of black pudding mixed together with oat flakes, oatmeal, pearl barley and spices. Specially made by Macsween of Edinburgh, simply pan fry or grill for a tasty result. Four per pack. Serves 2.

Cooking Instructions - General. Ready to Cook.
To help separate the slices easily, remove the pack from the fridge 10 min before opening. Remove slices from packaging, using a knife to gently separate slices.
For best results Fry
Ensure product is completely cooked before serving. Use scissors to remove casing after cooking.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 10-12 min
Preheat grill to medium/high heat. Place product on top shelf. Turn occasionally through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Dry fry in a preheated, lightly oiled frying pan over a medium heat for 7 min, turning halfway through cooking.

So tasty.
I can take or leave black pudding but, I must say this is one of the best tasting ones. .For the price it was very nice. I will be buying more soon.

Love this!
I buy this for my dad. Very filling. 7 minutes fried on each side in a little bit of olive oil. Perfect. I used to buy Clonakilty black pudding but it was too gritty, this is perfect.

Fat pudding
This pudding is nearly 25% fat. Shame on you Marks & Spencer expected better Lousy texture
