Four slices of black pudding mixed together with oat flakes, oatmeal, pearl barley and spices. Specially made by Macsween of Edinburgh, simply pan fry or grill for a tasty result. Four per pack. Serves 2.

Air Fry - From Frozen. 180°C, 6 mins
- Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 3.8L
- Spread evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer ensuring even spread
- Program to cook for 6 mins, turn halfway through cooking
- Leave to stand for 1 min
- Cook times are only a guideline.

For best results, Fry
- To help separate the slices easily, remove the pack from the fridge 10 mins before opening
- Remove slices from packaging, using a knife to gently separate slices
Ensure product is completely cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Frozen. 10-12 mins
- Preheat grill to medium/high heat
- Place product on top shelf of the grill, turn occasionally through cooking; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 7 mins
- Heat in a lightly oiled frying pan over a medium heat
- Turn halfway through cooking

Storage:
Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 2 days. Defrost thoroughly before use.
