Our Potato Rosti Cakes combine delicately shredded potato with lightly fried onions and seasoning. They're crisp and golden on the outside, with a soft, tender centre that melts in your mouth. Serve them with fried eggs and avocado for a luxurious brunch.

Ready-to-cook, crisp potato cakes made with shredded potato, lightly fried onions and seasoning. Simply bake in the oven. Four per pack.

Made in the UK with potatoes from more than one country.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 15 mins
200°C
Preheat air fryer. Remove all packaging.
Place in air fryer tray in a single layer ensuring even spread. Program the air fryer to cook for 15 mins. Check rosti cakes are crispy and cooked through.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 20 mins
Electric 200°C
Fan 180°C
Gas 6
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging.
Place on preheated baking tray.
Turn halfway through cooking time.
